Jesse Huff is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Co-Head Opportunistic Lending Fund. In his role, he is Co-head of Opportunistic Credit and shares portfolio management responsibility for the Blue Owl Opportunistic Lending Fund.
Before joining Blue Owl, Jesse was a Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management focused on opportunistic direct lending. Prior to that, he was a Principal at the Carlyle Group focused on distressed and special situations. Jesse began his career as an analyst at Merrill Lynch and worked extensively across the special situation’s platform.
Jesse received his MBA from Columbia University and graduated from Ohio University with a BA degree in Finance.
Caroline Jahn is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. In her role, she is focused on client development within the GP Strategic Capital team.
Before joining Blue Owl, Caroline was a Principal at Blackstone, focusing on raising capital across the Blackstone platform. Prior to Blackstone, she was an Assistant Vice President in Merrill Lynch’s Private Banking & Investment Group. Caroline began her career as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch.
Caroline received an MBA from The University of Mississippi and a BS from Presbyterian College.
David Jar is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on credit, equity, and structured capital investments in technology businesses, and leads Blue Owl's efforts in cybersecurity and infrastructure software.
Before joining Blue Owl, David led the software/technology vertical at SLR Capital Partners, a credit-focused asset manager based in New York. Prior to that, he was a Principal at KKR in the Capital Solutions Group, and a Vice President at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Natural Resources Financing Group. David began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lehman Brothers. David is a member of the Board of Directors for Apex for Youth, a non-profit organization providing mentoring, education, and after-school services to underserved Asian and immigrant youth.
David received a BS in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
Adrian Jesuthasan is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Compliance Team. In his role, he focuses on all compliance matters in the regions of Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
Before joining Blue Owl, Adrian was a Managing Director and Co-Global Chief Compliance Officer at York Capital Management, a global investment management firm. Prior to that, he was the Head of Compliance at Arrowgrass Capital Partners, a European investment manager. Adrian previously worked as a Senior Associate at the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Adrian began his career as a Portfolio Manager at BlackRock and Schroders on the Risk Management Graduate Program.
Adrian received his BSc in Mathematics from the University of Warwick and holds an MSc in Financial Mathematics from Cass Business School in London.
Hao Jiang is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Structured Products and Fund Finance Team. Based in New York, he is a member of the Structured Products Team.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Hao was a Managing Director at Mizuho Securities where he was responsible for the new issue CLO business in the US. Prior to Mizuho, Hao worked at the CLO group at Credit Suisse.
Hao joined Credit Suisse when it acquired Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he started his career and held various positions in real estate finance group and high yield structured finance group.
Hao received a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University with majors in Mathematics, Computer Science and Economics.
Tiffany Johnston is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. Based in London, she focuses on Blue Owl’s EMEA LP relationships. Prior to this role, she led Blue Owl GP Strategic Capital's, formerly known as Dyal Capital's, Business Services Platform in EMEA.
Before joining Blue Owl, Tiffany was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, in its London based Capital Introductions Group. Prior to that, she held roles of increasing responsibility in the London based Capital Introductions team at Barclays and the prime brokerage origination team at Lehman Brothers. Tiffany began her career as a Financial Analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York.
Tiffany received her BA, magna cum laude, in Economics and Spanish from Amherst College, and holds an MBA from IESE Business School and has completed the CAIA program.
Maria Jones is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Liquid Credit Investment Team. In her role, she focuses on monitoring and servicing broadly syndicated loan investments within the liquid credit strategy.
Before joining Blue Owl, Maria was Director of Operations at American Capital Ltd. and Canaras Capital Management in their leverage finance team. Prior to that, she worked at Goldman Sachs Asset Management and INVESCO, where she was a team leader for bank loan operations. In these roles, she worked with direct bank loan investments through various hedge funds and total return swaps as well as managing the day to day operations of 17 CLOs, CDOs and other separately managed accounts. Maria began her career at Loan Pricing Corporation, a Reuters company.
Maria received her BS from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Jean Joseph is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. Jean is also a Portfolio Manager and a member of the First Lien Investment Committee. In his role, he focuses on direct lending to middle-market companies.
Before joining Blue Owl in 2018, Jean was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs & Co. where he was Portfolio Manager in its Investment Management Division responsible for the management of the division’s leveraged loan strategies. Prior to that, Jean was a member Goldman Sachs’ Leveraged Finance group within the Investment Banking Division. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Jean was a member of the Wells Fargo Securities Leveraged Finance department, and began his career as a credit analyst at GE Capital and Atherton Capital with a focus on middle market lending.
Jean received an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, where he attended as a Consortium for Graduate Study in Management Fellow. Jean also received a BBA from the University of Notre Dame where he captained the Varsity Men’s Soccer Team and was a recipient of the Francis Patrick O’Connor Award. Jean is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma business honor society.
Ally Kaden is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. As a part of the Operational Advisory practice, she is focused on providing operational and technology-related best practice consulting and thought leadership to GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers.
Before joining Blue Owl, Ally was a Vice President in the Alternative Investments and Manager Selection team at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she was a senior member of the Operational Due Diligence team. In this role, Ally was responsible for evaluating the operational infrastructure and regulatory compliance programs of private equity and hedge funds on the platform. Ally began her career on the Goldman Sachs Asset Management Compliance team, providing compliance advisory services to internal portfolio management teams.
Ally received a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Liz Kahl is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. In her role, she focuses on institutional client relationship management.
Before joining Blue Owl, Elizabeth was a partner at Brigade Capital, a below investment grade global asset management firm based in New York. Prior to that, she was Director of Finance at American Express. Elizabeth began her career as an accountant at Deloitte and Touche.
Elizabeth received her BS in Accounting from Fairfield University. Previously, Elizabeth served as Chair of the Board of Trustees for Sacred Heart Academy.
